About this page
This notice describes how the website handles information when you use its contact options. It applies to the current website features.
Information you choose to send
The website provides direct call and WhatsApp links. You choose what location, vehicle and destination details to share in a call or WhatsApp conversation. The website does not collect a service request through a form.
Calls and WhatsApp
Telephone links open your calling application. WhatsApp links open a third-party service with its own privacy terms. Business location links open Google Maps when selected. The homepage and coverage pages include an interactive map. Information you send in a conversation is used to respond to your request and discuss service arrangements.
Website operation and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to count page visits and clicks on Call and WhatsApp links and understand which ads led to them. This may include browser and device information, page addresses, visit sources and ad-click identifiers. A click is not confirmation of a connected call, sent message or completed job. We do not send your service-request details, such as your precise location, vehicle or destination, to these measurement services. Ad personalization and Google signals remain disabled. Optional measurement starts only after you accept cookies. You can reject optional cookies or withdraw your consent using Cookie settings. Your choice is saved in this browser. Previous analytics-only acceptance does not automatically permit ad measurement; we ask for a new choice. While a cookie choice is pending, ad source parameters may remain in links between pages of this website so they are not lost when you change language. They are not added to external contact links, and this operation does not load Google measurement or save those identifiers in browser storage. The hosting platform may process technical information to operate and secure the website.
The map and your location
We request location permission only when you select “Use my location”. You can decline and select an area manually. Coordinates are used in the current page to place your pickup pin and estimate arrival; they are not saved in browser storage or sent to analytics. Opening “Book via WhatsApp” includes the pickup location in a prepared message, which you can review before sending. Street-map images load from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and map-view requests under its privacy policy. Coverage markers and arrival times are informational estimates; please call to confirm.
