The procedure and equipment depend on the model and manufacturer requirements. Mention if the vehicle is electric or hybrid and whether access to the battery or designated terminals is restricted. We confirm suitable assistance and an arrival estimate before arranging the visit.
If the vehicle needs more than a jump-start
A jump-start does not establish the condition of the battery or charging system. If the vehicle still will not start, or the problem returns, workshop diagnosis may be needed. Battery supply, fitting and any warranty must be confirmed separately; they are not included automatically in a jump-start enquiry.
