No spare, a damaged wheel or more than one flat?
Tell the team before booking. A missing or unsuitable spare, damaged wheel or multiple affected tyres may mean the car needs to be taken to a tyre workshop. Do not assume a puncture repair or a new tyre is included; supply, repair capability and fitting must be discussed separately.
Agree on what the visit includes
Confirm the callout and assistance charges and any separately agreed work before dispatch. If transport is required, provide the workshop destination so the towing price can be confirmed. A roadside tyre-change request does not guarantee that the tyre can be repaired.
